1. Please contact us immediately at our Support Center stating your order number and the item code.

2.   - Faulty products can be returned to us if and only they have major difference(s) between the photographed product and the product received.

    - products can be Exchange if the following types of quality defects: stains,ripped or torn,obvious color difference(s), Damage , not working ,Please attach photographs to show us the problem so we can assist you fully.

We carefully and fully review your individual case with all the details listed above and offer a solution.

Note, Shipping costs for return the item(s) are the responsibility of the customer. They cannot be refunded.


3. Refund:

we will issue you a return coupon equivalent to value of the item(s) you returned. The coupon will be redeemable at SFAQA.COM and you can use to order anything you like!



    - All  product must return  in the original packing same as SFAQA.COM deliver it to the customer

    - Invoice, warranty card and other related documents, provided to you at the time of purchase.

    - Product should not be in used .

    - SFAQA.COM quality assurance team has the right to decide if the item is subjected for return / Exchange or not.



• All our products have a minimum of 1 year warranty upon purchase, unless otherwise we be mentioned different warranty. 

Shipping cost for collection and return the product(s) from-to the customer are the responsibility of the customer, however the customer can choose to deliver and collect the product(s) by himself to-from one of our store in UAE.

• In case the Product is defective and/or requires repair with in the 7 DAYS RETURN & EXCHANGE WARRANTY ,in this case Shipping cost for collection and return the product(s) from-to the customer are the responsibility of the SFAQA.COM

• Warranty is applicable within the UAE . 
• Warranty didn’t cover any misused or damage done by the customer, however you can contact SFAQA.COM  Support Center for repairing of item but additional charge may apply.
